PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

     Solo practice, Oregon City, Oregon.  Primary area of practice is civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, real estate, contract, collection, business, insurance and employment litigation.  Practices in both state and federal courts.

     Over 28 years of litigation experience, mainly in private practice (previously with Davis Wright Tremaine and Callahan & Shears in Portland), and several years as a litigator for the U.S. Department of Energy.
